About the position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Maintain an organized reception area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors, fostering positive relationships.
• Assist with additional office tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office or reception role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.

• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable but not mandatory.
