The Salon Receptionist at Burgati Salon plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. This part-time position involves greeting clients, managing appointments, and providing information about salon services, all while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and take pride in their work, contributing to the salon's mission of prioritizing guest beauty and happiness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all guests coming into Burgati Salon in a courteous and friendly manner
• Answer the salon phone cordially
• Answer all questions regarding salon services, policies, procedures, and any questions regarding the salon appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments appropriately and include all required information
• Audit the book to ensure the most efficient booking/pricing
• Enter and ring out transactions in Meevo appropriately
• Assist with retail sales
• Maintain the cleanliness of the salon front desk/stylist area/bathroom/backwash
• Set a positive tone in-salon daily
• Report and work directly for the owner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles
• 1 year of customer service experience
