About the position
American National is seeking a Representative to join our Auto Salvage team at our Springfield, MO office. This role involves the acquisition and sale of vehicles deemed to be a total loss, requiring strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients to obtain legal documents/title paperwork to obtain ownership of the vehicle
- Coordinate the sale of the total losses
- Recover monies owed
- Manage activities in all states assigned
- Responsible for financial goals of the organization
- Adhere to all state laws and regulations pertaining to titling.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year minimum, professional work experience
- Ability to successfully operate in a deadline driven/accuracy focused environment
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize tasks
- Ability to navigate various computer systems that include Microsoft Office and internal and external applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Total loss adjusting or claims handling experience is helpful, but not required
