Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Prepare, review, and analyze receiving/billing documentation and reports by verifying delivery bills and receiving documentation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; complete necessary paperwork for shipping/receiving process.
• Provide administrative support by performing general clerical duties such as filing, keying, and faxing.
• Enter data into multiple systems; schedule appointments and maintain appointment logs.
• Monitor and process deliveries by scheduling and maintaining log of delivery appointments.
• Check-in and release drivers; track late deliveries.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment (e.g., cleaning, inspecting, changing paper and toner).

Requirements

• 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing) OR 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
