About The Position
As a Sandwich Artist at Subway, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing and serving high-quality food. Your primary focus will be on four key areas: providing excellent service to guests, preparing and serving delicious meals, maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment, and being an effective team player. You will engage with guests to recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied with their experience. Upholding food safety standards is essential as you prepare and serve fresh food daily, and you will work collaboratively with your teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and welcoming for guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include interacting with guests, taking their orders, and providing knowledgeable recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere for both guests and staff.
