Rottinghaus Company Inc. dba Subway® is hiring immediately for the position of Sandwich Artist. We are looking for customer service-obsessed crew members to join our team. This role is essential in creating high-quality sandwiches and providing excellent customer service. As a Sandwich Artist, you will receive comprehensive training in sandwich preparation, food preparation, baking, packaging, and customer service. Our goal is to create beautiful, great-tasting products, made to formula, and served enthusiastically to our customers. You will be part of a team that values cleanliness and efficiency in a clean, grease-free environment. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting every customer with a smile and making all sandwiches according to standard formulas. You will also run the cash register, handle money according to company policies, and maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the store. This includes washing dishes and pans, preparing product items, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized. You will be expected to take out the trash, refill trash bags, and manage recyclables. Additionally, you will complete cash in and out procedures before and after each shift, and you must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
