About the position

Bon Fresco is seeking a part-time Sandwich Maker to join our kitchen team in Rockville, MD. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and food quality during lunch service, ensuring a clean and organized work environment while adhering to food safety standards. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality and food quality in a high-volume setting.
• Deliver personable customer service and build connections with guests.
• Ensure all food and beverage on the line meets food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Take initiative on responsibilities and achieve new challenges.
• Be open-minded to training and development and apply trained skills to all assigned stations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of food, restaurant, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, specifically lunch service from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
