About the position

The position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen of Le Pavillon hotel, ensuring that all dishwashing and cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. The role requires teamwork and a commitment to providing excellent service to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize and maintain the dish machine according to established guidelines.
  • Wash glasses and dishes in the standard dish rack.
  • Wash pots and pans in the designated pot washer's area.
  • Perform cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen neat and clean, including sweeping up broken glass and mopping spills.
  • Empty full and heavy trash cans, ensuring they are sprayed and sanitized after each use.
  • Place new trash bags in containers after cleaning.
  • Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
