About the position
The Sanitation Associate I position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas of a facility. The role supports the overall upkeep of the workplace, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
- Empty wastebaskets, clean windows, restrooms, and perform other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Work weekends as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work the assigned shift: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM.
- Attention to detail and willingness to complete all tasks assigned.
- Ability to clear an accurate background check before starting.
- Steel toe shoes required; no shorts or tank tops.
