Responsibilities
- Efficiently disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning.
- Set up line equipment prior to production runs.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and machines, including rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors, and dryers.
- Follow Food Safety, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Quality Plans.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stack/unstack or carry items.
- Ability to stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a warm environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
