Food Sanitation Maintenance Associates keep our food production departments clean and running at the highest level. They are independent and have a strong attention to detail which helps with their responsibilities. Primary duties will consist of the heavy-duty cleaning of walls, floors, ceiling, coolers, drains, equipment, and cases (after the product is removed) in all perishable departments. They will perform a wide range of cleaning functions in the Bakery, Deli, Seafood, Meat, Salad Bar and Produce Departments. Additionally, they will operate commercial power equipment such as floor scrubbers, steamers, power washers, scrubber, buffer, trash compactor, etc. Associates will carry out daily cleaning, as well as weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual deep-cleaning requirements.
