About The Position

The Sanitation Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work with corrosive chemicals safely.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
• Experience with enterprise software and custom sanitation programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix system issues.
• Self-reliant and able to work under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment.
• Work with corrosive chemicals safely and effectively.
• Communicate work order progress to supervisors and production operators.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in team efforts to improve sanitation processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving equipment as necessary.
