About the position

As a Lead in SAP Accounts Receivable Management at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clients' finance functions through innovative SAP ERP technology solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in contributing to large-scale, global work streams that require specific knowledge of SAP within the finance domain. You will lead teams in designing, setting up, testing, and deploying both prototype and production finance solutions, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly. This position demands a blend of technical acumen and leadership skills, as you will collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create standout finance offerings powered by SAP. In this role, you will analyze technical and functional integration requirements, guide testing cycles, and perform cutover activities in preparation for go-live. You will also oversee performance testing and training activities, ensuring a successful rollout of the module to the user community. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire your team will be essential as you navigate the complexities of SAP solutions and help clients meet the challenges of digitization. The position may require travel, which can vary from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients' Finance functions.
  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.
  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP.
  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
  • Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
  • Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Accounts Receivable and Bank Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Receivable Management implementations.
  • Prior S/4 Transformation Project experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the integration between SAP Financials and Sales & Distribution and end to end order to cash processes.
  • Prior Consulting and/or similar Advisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
