About the position
The SAP Agile Scrum Master - Solution Analyst role at Deloitte involves leading Agile teams to optimize operations and enhance the implementation of SAP applications. The position focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement while managing validation iterations and supporting Agile pods. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Agile methodologies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring successful project delivery for government and public service clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Agile pods and manage validation iterations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Utilize Jira for project management and tracking progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with Jira and Jira dashboards.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of RICEFW components and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the public sector or with FEMA projects.
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with other Agile tools and methodologies.
- SAP experience.
