About the position

The SAP Agile Scrum Master - Solution Analyst role at Deloitte involves leading Agile teams to optimize operations and enhance the delivery of SAP solutions for government and public service clients. The position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will support teams in managing validation iterations and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile teams in managing validation iterations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Utilize Jira for tracking progress and managing project tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Jira and Jira dashboards.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong understanding of RICEFW components and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the public sector or with FEMA projects.
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with other Agile tools and methodologies.
• SAP experience.
