About the position

The SAP Agile Scrum Master - Solution Analyst role at Deloitte involves leading Agile teams to optimize operations and enhance the delivery of SAP solutions for government and public service clients. The position focuses on facilitating Agile methodologies, managing validation iterations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile pods and manage validation iterations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Utilize Jira for project management and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Jira and Jira dashboards.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong understanding of RICEFW components and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the public sector or with FEMA projects.
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with other Agile tools and methodologies.
• SAP experience.
