About the position

The SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere Analytics Engineer at Corteva Agriscience is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing business analytics solutions using SAP and Microsoft technologies. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to implement analytics solutions that meet business needs in a secure and scalable manner. The engineer will work primarily with SAP S4, SAP ECC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and Microsoft Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Create and customize models, stories, and dashboards to visualize data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain live data connections between SAP systems (S/4 and ECC) and non-SAP systems in SAP Datasphere for developing analytics with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI for real-time data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on analytics solutions.
• Provide governance for use of self-service analytical capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP analytics technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with building data models and managing connections between SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with building different types of analytics visualizations with SAP solutions and Microsoft Power BI.
• Minimum one implementation of SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful project implementations involving SAP HANA SQL, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
