About the position

The SAP and Automation Program Manager - IT is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and optimization of SAP S4 HANA solutions and automation platforms. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and improve outcomes through technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the support team in all aspects related to SAP S4 HANA and automation platform project management, including root cause analysis, data analysis and migration, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring completion on time and within scope while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Plan collaboration among stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business leaders.
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are planned and monitored for the success of initiatives at the time of implementation.
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures governing security and development implementation.
• Coordinate with the SAP and Automation Technical lead for the setup and implementation of technical infrastructure for new applications or platforms.
• Co-lead strategic planning and implementation of robotic automation, assessing opportunities and determining suitable technologies.
• Ensure processes comply with IT General Controls (ITGC) and support internal or external audits as required.
• Present progress reports and offer solutions to address feedback or schedule risks.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, focusing on SAP S4 HANA and automation platforms.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology implementations successfully.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, business processes, and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement outcomes with enterprise-wide qualitative results.
