About the position

The SAP Business Systems Developer plays a crucial role in driving business transformation by developing and implementing SAP solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. This position focuses on optimizing business systems and workflows, particularly in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). The developer will engage in system design, programming, configuration, problem analysis, testing, and end-user training to ensure effective implementation of SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to gather, define, and understand business requirements across different business units.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business processes, gathering information, evaluating requirements, and identifying potential solutions.
• Define system configurations by analyzing requirements, building workflows, understanding system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Design and program SAP modules to improve company operations, using SAP tools and ABAP programming language for system development.
• Develop test plans and scripts to validate system solutions and ensure effective design implementations.
• Participate in the development of system documentation, including standard operating procedures and user training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with performance tuning, testing, and debugging experience.
