About the position

Infosys is seeking a SAP Test Automation Lead, who will play a crucial role as a validation and quality assurance expert. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review the functionality of existing systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
• Lead execution of test plans to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability.
• Lead all aspects of delivery management including software engineering processes for multiple products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of working experience in SAP Test Automation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing SAP test automation strategy and managing automation programs.
• Understanding the impact of automation on system performance.
• Experience with Worksoft and Selenium is a must-have.
• Test automation execution planning experience.
• Proven ability in designing and creating automation frameworks using Worksoft Certify, Tosca, QTP, and working with DevOps tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining new and existing Automation Framework Models (Data Driven Frameworks, Hybrid Frameworks).
• Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Large project implementation end-to-end experience covering program management, governance, solution architecture with standard & custom applications and business solutions.
