About the position

Infosys is seeking an SAP Automation Test Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your primary duties will include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing tests, and leading execution to ensure superior outcomes. The position requires a strong background in SAP test automation strategy and management of automation programs, as well as experience with tools such as Worksoft and Selenium. You will be expected to create, modify, and maintain new and existing automation framework models, including Data Driven and Hybrid Frameworks, and write scripts in Worksoft Certify. Your role will also involve leading all aspects of delivery management, including software engineering processes for multiple products, and contributing to Agile ceremonies to streamline processes and improve testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert reviewing existing systems functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.

• Manage SAP test automation strategy and automation programs.
• Create, modify, and maintain automation framework models.
• Write scripts in Worksoft Certify and manage test automation execution planning.
• Lead delivery management for multiple products, including ECC/S4 HANA.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and streamline testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in developing SAP test automation strategy and managing automation programs.
• Experience with Worksoft and Selenium is a must.
• Proven ability in designing and creating automation frameworks using Worksoft Certify, Tosca, QTP, and DevOps tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining new and existing Automation Framework Models.

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience analyzing business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability.
• Large project implementation end-to-end experience covering program management, governance, and solution architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases.
