About the position

Infosys is seeking an SAP Automation Test Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your primary duties will include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing tests, and leading execution to ensure superior outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert reviewing existing systems' functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in developing SAP test automation strategy and managing automation programs.
• Proficiency in Worksoft and Selenium, with test automation execution planning experience.
• Proven ability to design and create automation frameworks using Worksoft Certify, Tosca, QTP, and experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining new and existing Automation Framework Models (Data Driven Frameworks, Hybrid Frameworks).

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience analyzing business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability.
• Large project implementation end-to-end experience covering program management, governance, solution architecture with standard & custom applications.
• Lead all aspects of delivery management including software engineering processes for multiple products, ECC/S4 HANA.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, identify gaps, and define and streamline processes.
