About the position

The SAP BTP Architect role involves providing functional and technical expertise in the development and delivery of applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements while leveraging low-code/no-code capabilities. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities.
• Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in application architecture and development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standards for application development.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on SAP BTP or in S/4 system using SAP Build Low code No code/S/4 Extensibility/Business Build WorkZone.
• Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using SAP BTP services and APIs.
• Integrate SAP BTP applications with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of applications.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development (Low code No code/Extensibility) is required.
• Experience in SAP BTP Application Development using SAP Build Applications is required.
• Experience in SAP BTP Application Development with SAP Build WorkZone is required.
