About the position

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing SAP systems and driving innovation in business processes. This position involves providing technical support, establishing standards, directing enhancements, and implementing solutions that enhance performance and efficiency across the organization. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring effective SAP SD solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into effective SAP SD solutions, focusing on Order-to-cash, Intercompany sales, Customer master, Pricing, Output management, Shipping, Billing, and Returns
• Lead design, development, and implementation of global Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Returns solutions
• Advise on process improvements during legacy system transitions to SAP
• Write functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects and provide guidance in bug fixing
• Analyze and optimize Order to cash & Intercompany sales business processes
• Lead technical efforts in Integration testing, UAT, Data Migration, and End-user training
• Ensure end-to-end system resolution through SAP module integration
• Perform SAP configuration to support evolving business needs
• Troubleshoot application issues and propose optimal solutions
• Contribute expertise to Power BI or SAP BI reporting and EDI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any specialty
• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements in SAP SD and CS modules
• Deep understanding of SAP SD integration with MM-WM-PP-FICO
• Expertise in cross-functional impact analysis and end-to-end business processes in SAP SD
• Working knowledge of SAP SD and APO integration
• Proven ability in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
