About the position

The SAP Commerce - Hybris Technical Lead at Deloitte is responsible for leveraging digital technologies to create and implement eCommerce and Portal solutions for clients. This role involves high-level planning, defining technology solutions, and consulting on eCommerce best practices, while working collaboratively with project teams to deliver complex SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create unique eCommerce solutions for clients using digital expertise.
• Contribute to project teams as a Hybris Manager, influencing project life cycles and activities.
• Define high-level requirements and technology solutions for business needs.
• Consult and coach clients on eCommerce best practices.
• Manage senior-level client relationships and project risks.
• Deliver key components of large eCommerce engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with major eCommerce technology vendors, especially SAP Commerce (Hybris).
• Experience in designing and delivering complex web projects based on SAP Commerce platform.
• Significant architecture experience with at least 4-5 full end-to-end SAP Commerce implementations.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and ERP integrations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with full life-cycle projects from initial scoping through delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing project revenues and costs.
