About the position

The SAP Data Associate Director at Accenture is responsible for leading data teams and advising clients on the implementation of SAP data solutions. This role involves managing complex data management engagements, guiding clients through their SAP transformation journeys, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet client needs. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in SAP Data Services, Master Data Governance, and Advanced Data Migration, along with strong leadership and communication skills to foster client relationships and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing extract capability and profiling/analysis of data
• Participate in the creation of migration or data management functional designs
• Support functional design handoffs to development resources
• Assist with Development of SAP Data Services (DS) migration processes
• Guide conversion test planning and execution for functional area
• Assist with data validation and defect resolution
• Assist developers with functional issue resolution
• Support data pre-cleansing (including harmonization/standardization)
• Escalate integration issues and participate in meetings
• Support Work stream Integration on behalf of Data Readiness or Data Management
• Coordinate and manage hand off points
• Provide data load or testing status for their respective areas
• Lead data teams and advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art data solutions
• Lead delivery of SAP DS, SAP MDG, Syniti ADM solutions
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients' senior leaders
• Grow Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development and proposal submission
• Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice
• Lead design of SAP Data conversion or SAP Master Data Management solutions
• Lead the strategy for data conversion, profiling or data management related program

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP Data Services (DS), Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) consulting or industry experience
• Minimum of 10 years delivering complex SAP Data management engagements including all phases of the project life cycle
• Minimum of 10 years experience with SAP Data conversion or SAP Master Data Management
• Experience with multiple SAP DS, ADM and/or MDG Implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
