About the position

The SAP Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team at Accuray, focusing on creating and migrating inspection plans to the SAP platform. This position is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to quality assurance processes, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of improving cancer treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP software to accurately create and maintain inspection plans based on established guidelines and specifications.
• Enter data into SAP system with precision and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Verify accuracy of entered data to maintain integrity of inspection plans.
• Maintain organized records of inspection plans and related documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with other team members, including Quality Assurance and Production teams, to ensure alignment of inspection plans with operational requirements.

Requirements

• Familiarity with SAP software, particularly in creating inspection plans (preferred).
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation (required).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively (required).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment (required).
• Proof of authorization to work in the country on a permanent basis without sponsorship (required).
