About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position focuses on administrative support with a strong emphasis on managing and maintaining data within the SAP ERP system. The role involves creating, updating, and auditing databases and spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, reports, and various electronic files.
  • Provide administrative support for the creation, changes, and updates to the ERP - Item Master Database.
  • Maintain a log of activities following procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Support the generation and release process for engineering documentation and configuration management activities.
  • Perform master data entry and uploads in the SAP ERP system.
  • Conduct import/export SAP entry auditing.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP ERP system.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation and configuration management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data auditing and quality control.
