About the position

The SAP Delivery Lead for the Automotive Industry at Accenture is responsible for leading SAP transformation programs, leveraging extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise to meet clients' digitization needs. This role involves managing large teams, building strong client relationships, and driving business development efforts to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions tailored to the automotive sector. The position requires a blend of leadership, communication, and analytical skills to inspire teams and solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art SAP Automotive Industry cloud solutions.
• Lead delivery of SAP Automotive Industry cloud solutions that meet clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients' senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.
• Help the continued growth of Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.
• Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team's expertise in SAP transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Automotive Industry clients.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in the Automotive Industry.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Automotive Industry clients.
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (200+ people), including in a Global Delivery model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

• Proven track record as delivery lead in large SAP transformation programs in the Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and functional processes, in addition to PMO methods.
• Strong driver with focus on SAP delivery excellence, leading large teams onshore and offshore.
