About the position

The SAP ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) at CapTech will lead a team of ERP professionals in designing and implementing innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in managing technical excellence in project design and client engagement, hosting educational sessions, and promoting ERP solutions as a service offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP ERP professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize in-depth SAP ERP knowledge to design and oversee project work, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Host engaging chalk-talks and workshops to educate clients on SAP ERP capabilities and best practices.
• Work closely with sales teams to articulate the value of ERP solutions, assisting in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for selling ERP solutions as a service, highlighting benefits and ROI for clients.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and management in consulting or professional services.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of hosting client-facing sessions.
• Experience in solution selling and pre-sales activities.
