About the position

The SAP ERP Program Manager at CapTech is a leadership role focused on managing a team of SAP ERP professionals to design and implement innovative solutions for clients. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP ERP professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• Utilize in-depth SAP ERP knowledge to design and oversee project work, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Host engaging chalk-talks and workshops to educate clients on SAP ERP capabilities and best practices.
• Work closely with sales teams to articulate the value of ERP solutions, assisting in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for selling ERP solutions as a service, highlighting benefits and ROI for clients.
• Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase offerings.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any technical or team-related challenges that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and management in consulting or professional services.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of hosting client-facing sessions.
• Experience in solution selling and pre-sales activities.
