Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Design, implement, and support technology systems, ensuring they meet client specifications.
• Conduct system assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on new technologies and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL for database management.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for application development.
• Understanding of load balancing techniques.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience in system hardening practices for enhanced security.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to vaticinate future technology trends and their implications for clients.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Experience with Meraki networking products.
