About the position

The SAP FICO Implementation Manager is responsible for leading a team to analyze, create, modify, and maintain application systems to meet user needs, specifically within the banking industry. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementation and strong project and vendor management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring two days onsite in Midtown East, NYC.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems.
• Manage projects and vendor relationships effectively.
• Implement SAP FICO solutions in a hands-on capacity.
• Conduct requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of application systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation.
• Project management experience in the banking industry.
• Hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Vendor management experience.
• Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
