About the position

The SAP FICO RTR (Record-to-Report) & Treasury position is focused on managing financial and treasury operations using the SAP FICO module. The role requires extensive experience in SAP FICO, particularly in treasury functionalities such as cash management, liquidity, and risk management. The candidate will support the Treasury team in executing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and treasury operations using SAP FICO module.
• Support the Treasury team in executing financial transactions such as payments, FX hedging, debt instruments, and cash concentration.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reconciliation of treasury transactions in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Represent the team to the customer and handle issues, troubleshooting, and support functions.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Identify and implement process and service improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely closure of priority tickets and implement changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 13-15 years of in-depth knowledge of the SAP FICO module including FICO Treasury Management role.
• Strong experience in SAP FI design, configuration, and implementation.
• Graduate degree in Finance or Commerce from a reputed university preferred.
• Global delivery experience and experience working with offshore teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exhaustive experience in AMS services, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process and service improvement opportunities.
