About the position

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on Costing to join our team. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO modules, particularly in cost accounting and management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of finance and controlling processes and will be adept at translating business requirements into effective technical solutions within SAP.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, focusing on Costing (Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Cost Center Accounting).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance and costing processes.
• Design and implement end-to-end costing solutions in SAP, including product costing, material ledger, actual costing, and activity-based costing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimize SAP FICO processes for cost control and financial transparency.
• Work closely with SAP MM, PP, SD, and other module consultants to ensure seamless data flow and integration between modules.
• Develop and execute test cases for new configurations, enhancements, and support packs. Validate results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO, emphasizing Costing functionalities.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues and address continuous improvement opportunities after go-live.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a focus on Costing.
• Deep knowledge of finance (FI) and controlling (CO) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, particularly in costing areas.
