About the position

The SAP Fieldglass QA Engineer role is a contract-to-hire position focused on developing and implementing a sustainable test automation framework for SAP Fieldglass. The position requires mentoring team members, analyzing testing procedures, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sustainable test automation framework for SAP Fieldglass.
• Mentor and guide team members in adopting test automation technologies and techniques.
• Analyze and comprehend testing procedures and requirements for SAP Fieldglass.
• Create, execute, and optimize test cases and automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and quality issues.
• Develop test plans and write automation test cases as needed.
• Regularly update test cases and strategies to reflect new product functionalities.
• Report on testing status and results.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, programming languages, and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience working in an agile DevOps environment.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium with Java, and BDD.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other DevOps tools.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in AWS; additional experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
