As a Senior Product Manager on the Observability team at Splunk, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our industry-leading Observability solutions. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, and collaborative environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and drive key functionalities within our Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring product. Your primary responsibility will be to understand users' needs and workflows, leveraging your instincts and creativity to ideate and implement new user journeys. Your technical expertise will be crucial in producing clear product requirements and navigating the complexities of our monitoring products and development processes. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, which includes understanding customer and user needs, translating those needs into a prioritized roadmap, and partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver a compelling product experience. You will actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and technologies are evolving, incorporating feedback from internal groups and customers into the product strategy. Collaboration with product marketing, support, and the sales team will be essential to drive go-to-market efforts and address business challenges within your control while pursuing key business accelerants.
