About the position
The Functional Consultant role focuses on the design and configuration of SAP Finance modules, specifically SAP FICO. The position requires extensive experience in SAP FI, including full implementations and the ability to gather business requirements and provide detailed designs to meet those needs. The consultant will also be responsible for performing necessary SAP configurations, writing specifications for custom program development, and providing post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP Finance modules, specifically SAP FICO.
- Gather business requirements and provide conceptual and detailed designs.
- Perform necessary SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for custom programs.
- Conduct testing and coordinate transports to production.
- Provide post-go-live support.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP FI.
- 5-10 years of analytical thinking experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO / FI-CA experience.
- Bachelor's degree and a postgraduate degree (MBA / CA) required.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts.
Nice-to-haves
- 1-2 years of RAR experience.
Benefits
- Salary range of $95,000-$135,000 a year.
