About the position

The SAP Finance/Cost Accounting Consultant role at Accenture focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to transform the Industrial Equipment industry. The position involves using technical expertise and industry knowledge to address clients' finance needs, leading projects, and configuring SAP solutions. The consultant will be part of a team that is continuously learning and adapting to new SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and Cloud, while also contributing to the growth of the SAP practice within Accenture.

Responsibilities

• Use Industrial Industry knowledge and technical expertise to decipher clients' Finance needs.
• Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by building expertise in SAP Finance.
• Lead projects and dive into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Industrial Industry clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP functional/technical expertise in Cost Accounting processing.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation experience.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
