About the position

The SAP Functional Quality Engineering Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading and managing complex SAP programs, particularly in the areas of testing and quality assurance. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business priorities, driving test planning and execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions. The manager will leverage their expertise in SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications to guide teams and promote automation in testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business priorities.
• Drive test planning and preparation activities with teams, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure traceability and coverage in testing.
• Promote the creation and adoption of automation in testing processes.
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, and issues related to all testing activities.
• Manage test management tool setup and provide user support.
• Monitor execution and defect closure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a testing team of SAP resources in a global delivery model, preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with clients/projects in test management, planning, and execution.
• Experience in a consulting/advisory role or position.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); if Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
