About the position

The position involves overseeing the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA SD deployment, from initial system design to deployment. The role requires creating a data-driven approach for business transformation towards SAP S/4 HANA, optimizing processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring data integrity during migration. Additionally, the position includes developing training programs for end users and collaborating with SAP consultants to meet project deliverables. Continuous improvement of sales and distribution processes post-implementation is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA SD deployment.
• Create a data-driven approach for business transformation towards SAP S/4 HANA.
• Understand business processes in the manufacturing area and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA functions.
• Develop a comprehensive training program for end users to drive S/4 HANA adoption.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and technology partners to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Oversee the migration of sales and distribution data from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Continuously monitor and implement enhancements in sales and distribution processes post-implementation.

Requirements

• At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of the integral functions, features, and capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA SD.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
