About the position

The SAP GTS Architect will be responsible for architecting SAP solutions, specifically focusing on SAP GTS, SAP ERP/ECC, and SAP HANA. This role requires strong leadership in architecture for full lifecycle SAP implementations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and effective integration of various business modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect SAP solutions including SAP GTS, SAP ERP/ECC, and SAP HANA.
• Lead architecture in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations under Embargo, SPL, and Legal control.
• Manage GTS Customs Module, focusing on Export, Import, and Master Data.
• Oversee document type mapping, item category mapping, and master data transfer.
• Implement BADI enhancements in ECC & S/4HANA for document transfer.
• Facilitate ECC-GTS and S/4HANA-GTS integration, including enhancements and configuration.
• Create solution designs and functional specifications for GTS.
• Advise business on requirement forecasts and problem-solving.
• Support production release cycles and hyper care support.

Requirements

• Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions: SAP GTS / E4H, SAP ERP/ECC, SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of Business Modules (OTC, PTP, PTD, R2R, PTC) and their integration.
• Experience in architecture leadership roles in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Good knowledge in GTS Compliance Module and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with GTS Customs Module and related processes.
• Experience with document type mapping and master data transfer.
• Knowledge of BADI enhancements in ECC & S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with ECC-GTS and S/4HANA-GTS integration processes.
• Extensive knowledge of legal control in Europe, US, and China.
• Experience in creating solution designs and functional specifications.

• Experience with non-SAP systems integration with GTS.
• Advisory experience to business on requirement forecasts.
