About the position
The SAP iXp Intern - Public Cloud ERP Product Management role is a paid internship designed for university students to gain practical experience in product management within SAP's Public Cloud ERP team. The intern will support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, focusing on product strategy, launch plans, and collaboration with various teams to ensure effective execution of product planning.
Responsibilities
- Support product management function
- Create product strategy assets like PowerPoint presentations, strategy papers, and demo videos
- Work on product launch plans and roadmaps
- Create and maintain analytical dashboards for product and financial performance
- Support liaison with product marketing and engineering to ensure execution of product planning
- Create and maintain shared file drives and SharePoint pages
- Support the PM leadership in creation of communication assets and follow-up on ad-hoc tasks
- Write drafts of email communications
Requirements
- Current student at a university or recent graduate in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, Communications, UX, Graphic Design, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- Experience with backlog management tools like Jira is a plus
- Experience with Analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic
- Motivated self-starter eager to learn
Nice-to-haves
