About the position

The SAP Implementation Tax Senior Consultant role at Deloitte involves providing integrated technology solutions to enhance tax departments' operations. The consultant will manage client interactions, deliver SAP-related tax solutions, and contribute to business development while fostering team growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Deliver components of SAP or indirect tax engine client engagements and teams.
• Identify, design, and implement technology and innovative solutions to address tax needs.
• Maintain relationships and serve clients holistically within the broader TTC practice.
• Perform the role of counselor and coach; participate in staffing and retention activities.
• Develop and maintain contacts, organize and lead pursuit teams for business development.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in implementation of tax-related solutions in SAP.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.
• One of the following accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various technical certifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with a Big 4 firm or large ERP/consulting organization.
• Experience working directly with clients.
