About the position

The SAP Integrations Champion will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions for Gore Fabrics. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align SAP solutions with strategic goals while ensuring data governance, quality, and security. The position also includes mentoring team members and overseeing the integration and deployment of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and architecture for Gore Fabrics business capabilities
• Provide mentorship and coaching to the SAP S/4HANA digital and technical team
• Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external partners to define and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Review decision documents and RAID items to facilitate choices with the business
• Provide cross process expertise to help drive towards a decision
• Understand Gore's Business Process Hierarchy and change requests
• Ensure the integration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA issues with the cross division team
• Ensure the compliance, security, and quality of SAP S/4HANA data and processes
• Ensure SAP S/4HANA training and support is provided to end users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 20 years' experience of hands-on project delivery with SAP ERP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Advisory experience with proven experience guiding businesses
• Experience influencing without authority
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, functionalities, and integration
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful SAP S/4HANA projects
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to travel 30%

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related areas
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodology
• Experience with SAP Tools such as Solution Manager, MDG, SAP Test Suite, SAP Signavio BPMS, SAP OSS
