About the position

In joining our data and analytics team, you'll work with our clients to leverage SAP applications to transform their data management and governance and analytics processes by enhancing their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision-making and corporate strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of management experience in SAP.
  • Extensive knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, and supporting significant tracks on larger projects or leading medium-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with functional/technical staff, business stakeholders, and IT management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and building consensus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP Activate/ASAP Methodology & SAP Solution Manager.
  • Previous experience from a top consulting firm.
  • Experience in performing AMS engagement lead role or implementation Workstream Lead role, Cutover Manager or Test Manager role across multiple S/4 HANA engagements.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
