About the position

The Senior Manager position at PwC focuses on providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing data management and analytics solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of SAP tools. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients to enhance their data management processes, improve data quality, and derive valuable insights to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for operational efficiency.
• Design and implement data management and analytics solutions using SAP technologies.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
• Develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports.
• Lead SAP teams in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
• Oversee blueprint/design and realization phases for multiple SAP MDG implementations.
• Ensure alignment of SAP MDG solutions with business requirements and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, mapping client business requirements to product modifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, validating outcomes and sharing alternative perspectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
• Intimate knowledge of SAP capabilities in various Master Data domain areas such as Materials, Customers, Vendors, etc.
• Experience with at least 2 SAP MDG implementations, including configuration and design phases.
• Strong understanding of data/process modeling, UI design, and rule-based workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Analytics technologies, including S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with integration of MDG with ARIBA, Salesforce, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Google, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience in leading diverse and inclusive teams.
