About the position

The SAP Order to Cash Lead position at Accenture focuses on leading teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions specifically tailored for clients in the Chemical, Oil & Gas, and Utilities industries. This role emphasizes the importance of transformation through digitization, utilizing advanced SAP technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business development, and serving as a thought leader within the SAP practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S4 ERP.
  • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP solutions that meet clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.
  • Grow Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.
  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team's expertise in SAP.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Chemical, Oil & Gas or Utilities Industry clients.
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Order to Cash: pricing, order management, condition contracts, EDI and billing.
  • Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Chemical, Oil & Gas or Utilities Industry clients, including one specific to aATP (Advanced Available to Promise).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
  • Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
  • Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

  • Experience with SAP Hybris and EDI systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
