About the position

The SAP Order to Cash Lead position at Accenture involves leveraging extensive experience in SAP to support clients in the Industrial Equipment industry. The role focuses on leading teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash domain, while fostering strong client relationships and driving business development efforts. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory skills to help clients navigate their digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Use industry knowledge to assess clients' Order to Cash needs.
• Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions for the Industrial Equipment sector.
• Deliver tailored SAP Industrial Equipment Industry cloud solutions that align with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leaders to support their long-term vision.
• Drive business development initiatives, including proposal submissions and sales efforts.
• Serve as a thought leader within the Accenture SAP practice, enhancing both personal and team expertise in SAP Order to Cash.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Industrial clients.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience in Order to Cash, including pricing, order management, condition contracts, EDI, and billing.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, covering project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Industrial clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading complex workshops and design decisions, as well as overseeing system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live processes.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
