As a SAP Payroll Implementation Lead at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the human resources landscape for our clients, particularly within the Government and Public Services (GPS) sector. In this role, you will assist with various tasks including system strategy development, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analyses, and designing both as-is and to-be business processes. You will also be involved in prototype demonstrations, functional configuration, testing, and training client users. Your ability to perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams will be essential, as you will direct the efforts of others and ensure that deliverables meet client needs and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will review deliverables for accuracy and quality, leveraging your prior experience to anticipate client needs and devise effective solutions.
